SMS Policy

1. SMS Messaging Program

Grand Nail Salon sends transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer-service messages) only to users who have opted in by submitting our written SMS sign-up form. Grand Nail Salon is the sole sender of these SMS messages and does not send on behalf of any third party. Messages are sent only to the mobile number the user submitted on the sign-up form.

• Program Description: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer-service messages sent to users who have opted in via the written SMS sign-up form.
• Message Frequency: 1–4 messages/month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that number.
• Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (972) 863-9350.

End-users opt in by submitting our written SMS sign-up form. The form discloses the sender (Grand Nail Salon, a DBA of Victory Nail Spa LLC), the types of messages sent, the message frequency (1–4 messages/month), that message and data rates may apply, STOP / HELP instructions, and links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Opt-in is recorded only after the user checks the consent checkbox and submits the form. The submitted form data, along with a timestamp, is retained as proof of consent.

2. Mobile Information & SMS Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, and consent records are used solely to deliver the SMS you requested, to operate our messaging program, and to maintain consent and compliance records as required by applicable law and carrier rules. We may share this information only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the message (for example, our SMS infrastructure provider, Twilio), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Grand Nail Salon does not share or sell phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
